who's this guy?

I'm Carré - a senior marketing and business leader, keynote speaker, trainer, and resilience expert. I created Resilient Minds to empower professionals to build a personal toolkit that helps us thrive in the face of adversity.

It worked for me when I was anxious, catastrophizing, and generally in a very low place. I know that it can work for others.

With 20 years of marketing and senior leadership experience, I've seen first-hand the pressure that comes at us every day. There is a way to do our best work without sacrificing our mental health and I train businesses and individuals how to navigate challenges with confidence and composure.
