YOUR BEST WORK... WITHOUT SACRIFICING YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

practical and preventative tools to help professionals and teams handle hard better and bounce forward.

what is resilience?

(and why it matters to businesses)

Life is hard. Business is hard.

A staggering 89% of workers have experienced burnout in the past year. This is just one of many stats that demonstrate the state of modern day work.

But we can't just quit or give up. We have to find a way forward that allows us to have a fulfilling career and also take care of our mental health and well-being.

Resilience is our ability to be able to find a way forward in spite of the challenges that come at us every day. And the good news is that it's a skill we can develop. With some simple, practical and preventative tools in our repertoire, we'll be ready when times get tough.

Life is hard. Business is hard. Nothing gets easier. We just learn to handle hard better. â€‹â€‹

who's this guy?

I'm Carré - a senior marketing and business leader, keynote speaker, trainer, and resilience expert. I launched Resilient Minds to empower professionals to build a personal toolkit that helps us thrive in the face of adversity.

It worked for me when I was anxious, catastrophizing, and generally in a very low place. So I know that it can work for others.

With 20 years of marketing and senior leadership experience, I've seen first-hand the pressure that comes at us every day. We need to find a way to do our best work without sacrificing our mental health - that's my mission.  With some training and practice, we can all navigate challenges with confidence and composure.

Because when we're resilient, we're happier, healthier, coachable, more productive, and effective....in both the office and in life!

why do we need resilience?

Modern day professionals face challenges from all angles. Some days we're worried about being replaced by technology, other days it's just terrible communication that sets us off.

Here's what I've been noticing in the last few years. Pressure is at an all-time high, priorities are a mile long, deadlines are yesterday, and plenty of leaders think that our jobs could easily be replaced by a machine in 5 minutes. This leads to stress, frustration, anxiety, depression.

It doesn't have to be this way. Resilient Minds to offer guidance and insights that help all professionals cultivate resilience, adapt to change, and thrive in today's dynamic landscape.
